Organization
Shirdi Sai Darbar is located at 255 San Geronimo Way, Sunnyvale, CA 94085. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Shirdi Sai Darbar and its online services.
Donations and Payments
Donations may be completed through PayPal checkout and may be made as a guest or through a logged-in account. Temple shop purchases may use Stripe card payments and PayPal checkout. Payment processors handle payment credentials under their own terms and policies; card numbers and PayPal account credentials are not stored by this application.
Donation purposes, suggested amounts, campaign totals, donor wall criteria, receipts, and event or seva details may change over time. We aim to keep the site accurate, but final confirmation may depend on payment processor status, temple records, and administrative review.
Accounts and Guest Use
Some features allow login, account dashboards, donation history, shop order review, saved addresses, and Stripe-managed saved cards. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity under your account. Guest checkout is offered for donations and selected workflows, but guest users may have limited access to history or account features.
Content and Links
Site content, images, documents, event listings, donation pages, and shop information are provided for temple, devotional, fundraising, and informational purposes. The site may link to third-party services, payment providers, social media pages, maps, PDFs, and partner platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
